MESSAGE FROM JAYL: In April of this year 2012, I lay in hospital with a collapsed lung. Regardless of all my warrior training, this was a terrifying experience and there were moments when thought I would never sing again. There were people I shared the ward with who were in a terrible state and they quickly became my brothers. I would like to dedicate this song to them. I am soooo lucky; so blessed. Not only did my lung repair, but I was able to get out, and I performed my comeback concert last Monday @ The Grand in Folkestone. This was one of the songs I sung and it means so much to me. It's the great Thom Yorke / Radiohead classic 'Lucky' and for me it is a song of great hope. It also feels like a warning to take absolutely nothing for granted and live every moment of every day - for we are all 'standing on the edge'. I recorded this song today 13th June 2012 (exactly 2 months after my lung collapsed) @ my Angel Studio in the Forest of Dean.
